E-Commerce Administrator [Malaysia]


 

Job Descriptions

  • Handle company’s Shopee & Lazada account (seller account)
  • Upload product photos and details into the Shoppee & Lazada account
  • Interact with customer and attend to their queries at the chat section
  • Provide general advice to customer
  • Keep track of Shopee & Lazada sales
  • Manage customer orders from receiving order, receiving payment, prepare the order for courier within stipulated time given by the Shopee or Lazada
  • Promotion to end-user for purchase thru Shopee or Lazada
  • To join any campaign as seller conducted by Shopee/Lazada

Requirement:

  • At least one (1) year experience handling e-commerce business account
  • Possess self-determination
  • Well organized
  • Strong written communication & customer service skills

Working schedule:

  • Monday - Saturday
  • 10.00 am - 6.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
