We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as an Chat Support Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing Clients on Freelancing Platforms and bidding on freelance projects on various online platforms, including Upwork, to secure new business for the company.
NOTE: The Position is for the Candidate who have knowledge in Graphic Design and Print Media.
Responsibilities:
- Work on New and Existing Projects and connect with the Clients to answer their queries in a Professional Manner and Colaborate with the Team.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and negotiate favorable terms.
- Working on both Proactive and Reactive Leads.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of bidding activities and outcomes
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Must have experience for professional Proposal Writing.
- Manage interaction with clients efficiently on time via call, email or chat
