ECS Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager for 4* Hotel in Wicklow.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor the annual sales & marketing plan for the hotel
- Agreeing and monitoring departmental sales action plan
- Manage key accounts in MICE, DMCs, Tour operators in domestic and global markets
- Maximising revenue from existing accounts
- Represent the hotel at shows, trade events, sales trip & Industrial events
- Build & develop new accounts and agents both nationally and internationally
- Advertise and promote the hotel, analyse the campaigns efficiency
- Develop and organize promotional activities for the hotel
- Good understanding of competitive market and perform regular SWOT analysis
- Inform Director’s and Hotel teams of current market trends and condition
- Develop & maintain good relationship with external stakeholders i.e., media & booking venue
- Report to management to ensure all external activities are communicated internally
- Work with management team to oversee reputation management i.e., TripAdvisor, social media reviews
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a senior Sales & Marketing role
- Experience in the hotel sector a plus
- Familiar with target driven sales with proven track record of sales
- Experienced in sales in operational and management level
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
