Job Description
- To support Business Planning & Insight Manager for managing all levels of business plans and additionally provide data inputs, statistical forecasting for Demand and Supply.
- Accountable for the Business Planning activities in the Optimization process (OTIMIX) and Demand Planning metrics adherence and improvement
- To analyze the business planning results with Finance Controlling outputs, to make the necessary research, analysis and reporting, to prepare presentations, by means of Data Forecasting and Consolidation with all departments.
- To create materials for S&OP related meetings, to ensure that the performance is analyzed and reported, and to revise the plan at the end of the studies and to disseminate it to the relevant parties,
- To follow up economic and sectoral developments, competitor strategies and market opportunities for supporting to S&OP projects and report in regular templates / timelines
- To update and analyze Stock policy each month according to estimated results and to track it by making Stock projection every week.
- Make strong Historical data analysis to support S&OP area’s decisions.
Desirable requirements
- University Graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or Business-related similar fields
- Minimum 3 years experience
- MS Office – Advanced Level Excel and Power Point Skills
- Python as Preferably
- English Level – Fluent
- Preferably SAP Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to perform business analysis like forecasting, projections and trends
- Support to Making Right Decisions with Solution Oriented Vision
- Strong Analytical Skills and Problem Solving Skills
- Detail Oriented to Ensure Accurate Reporting and Analysis
- Good Time Management Skills
- Planning and Organizational Skills
